Firstly, I highly reccomend you took this as a silhouette, the buildings will be black and the sky will be in color. Simply because you when you took this, there is a competition for focus between the underexposed building and the sky.
A good point here, is the reflection on the water, its nice to see some .. complexity on the water other than just plain, flat stagnant water. Another good thing is you took it portrait, complimenting the tower's height. But I reccomend you take it at a lower angle, so it gives a unique perspective and interesting angle.
